WITHIN 07 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, YOU CAN SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST FROM THE STORE ACCOUNT IF YOU AREN'T FULLY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. PLEASE ALLOW FOR A BURN-IN PERIOD SO YOU'RE SURE YOU WANT TO RETURN THEM.

WAIT FOR ACCEPTANCE

FROM THE TIME OUR RETURNS TEAM RECEIVES YOUR RETURN REQUEST, IT TAKES UP TO 24 BUSINESS HOURS FOR THEM TO REVIEW AND THEN ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST. WE'LL BE SURE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU AS SOON AS THE REQUEST IS ACCEPTED.

YOU SHIP IT TO US

You Ship To Us
UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE RETURN REQUEST, INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PACK IT WITH YOUR UNIQUE RA (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER WILL BE SHARED. YOU WILL BEAR ANY SHIPPING COSTS OF BRINGING THE PRODUCT TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

STEP FOUR:
WE CHECK IT OUT

We Check it
ONCE YOUR RA NUMBERED PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AT OUR WAREHOUSE, OUR INSPECTION OFFICERS WILL CONFIRM, WITHIN 48 HOURS, WHETHER THE PRODUCT IS IN 100% WORKING CONDITION AND WITH ALL ACCESSORIES IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

STEP FIVE :
REPLACEMENT/REFUND 

Buy a New Product
WHEN WE FINALLY RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AND AFTER INSPECTING IT REPLACEMENT/ REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT WOULD BE PROVIDED WITH 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

NO SERIAL NUMBER
NO SERIAL NUMBER WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF PRODUCTS WITH TAMPERED OR MISSING SERIAL/UPC NUMBERS AS THEY CANNOT BE AUTHENTICATED OR SERVICED BY ANYONE.


Missing Products
MISSING PRODUCTS
MISSING PRODUCTS PRODUCTS CANNOT BE SENT BACK WITHOUT ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR ACCESSORIES, OR WITHOUT OTHER ITEMS ORIGINALLY INCLUDED WITH THE PRODUCT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
